ITINERARY 1 - Family Fun
Day 1 - You can start off your first day in Mississauga by visiting Playdium, located at 5955 Dixie Rd, Unit 12. Playdium is a big entertainment centre that has many games and activities for people of all ages under one roof. There are over 200 arcade games and exciting rides where you can get your adrenaline running. You can also collect all the prizes you won at Playdium that your kids can show off to their friends and you to your neighbours.
Then, for lunch, you can pack a picnic to enjoy at J.C. Saddington Park, located at 785 Park St. It would take you around 12 minutes to travel from Playdium to Saddington Park. Here, your children can get up close to animals like goats, sheep, pigs and chickens which will end up being a unique learning experience for them. Once all the fun and play are done, you can enjoy the picnic lunch sitting under a shaded tree of Saddington Park.
After relaxing a while in the park, head over to the Mississauga Discovery Centre, located at 100 Queen Elizabeth Way S in the afternoon. The interactive science displays in the Discovery Centre will spark up the curiosity of your kids and yours too. After a bit of learning at the Discovery Centre, you can go to your hotel for some rest or go directly to Milestones or East Side Mario’s.

Next up, catch any latest Hollywood blockbusters, animated releases, or family-friendly films on the big screen at Cineplex Cinemas. Cineplex Cinemas is located within the Square One Shopping Centre, so you don’t have to worry about travelling far.

ITINERARY 3 - Outdoor Adventure
Day 1 - If you are a nature buff who hates closed spaces, you need to start your Mississauga weekend trip by visiting the city’s beautiful waterfront trail. This scenic 22-kilometre trail stretches along the shoreline of Mississauga, offering stunning views of Lake Ontario.
